Well, that didn’t take long. I installed NetObjects Fusion 8.0 to see if it was any better for my needs than FrontPage. It sure doesn’t look like it.

Saturday Morning
I downloaded and installed the Firefox 1.0 “Preview Release” which just came out this week. So far, I don’t really see any reason to switch to Firefox over Mozilla. What’s the big draw of this browser? My ChoiceMail Spam-O-Meter is now at 86%. It has prevented 16614 spam messages from getting to my inbox since… Continue reading Saturday Morning

The logical Fallacies: Index
The logical Fallacies: Index – I’m so happy to have found this web page. I learned the names of many of these logical fallacies in Philosophy class in college, but that was 18 years ago now! Every once in a while, I hear someone making an argument that totally doesn’t hold water and am frustrated… Continue reading The logical Fallacies: Index
Crocs Shoes – Footwear
Crocs Shoes – Footwear – I think the ones I have are the Cayman model, but I’ve found they’re just a little too small. So perhaps I need to buy a pair of size 11’s of The Metro model.

I read up on some standalone Windows apps that are for RSS news reading (called “aggregators”) but I also found that Yahoo! has a beta release of RSS support, and so… Continue reading RSS and other stuff
Anti-anti-piracy
– Ever get sick of the little “anti-piracy” ads the film industry runs before movies these days? You know, the ones that show a real person who makes a living off movies talking about how pirates steal part of their livelihood? Well, some folks have made an anti-anti-piracy ad in response. Check it out.

Here’s a photo of Beth and Rufus, napping on Labor Day. They were exhausted. Beth had been gardening all morning and part of the afternoon, and Rufus…well, he rested a lot and got in the way some.
toddbradley.com’s on the move
If all goes well, I’m merging my 3 websites (toddbradley.com, 404notfound.net, and suvbacklash.com) into one, to be hosted at 1and1.com. Prices of web hosting has gone way down in the past few years. Currently, toddbradley.com is being hosted by a local company called 4dvision.net. They’ve given me good service, but I’m paying $25 a month… Continue reading toddbradley.com’s on the move
broken wing
One of the “landings” (crashes) of my new plane last night was particularly rough, and I noticed a crease in the wing, where it looked like it folded on impact. I figured the thing was still flyable, but boy was I wrong! I tried a few more times last night and blamed my lack of… Continue reading broken wing
