The logical Fallacies: Index – I’m so happy to have found this web page. I learned the names of many of these logical fallacies in Philosophy class in college, but that was 18 years ago now! Every once in a while, I hear someone making an argument that totally doesn’t hold water and am frustrated… Continue reading The logical Fallacies: Index

Crocs Shoes – Footwear
Crocs Shoes – Footwear – I think the ones I have are the Cayman model, but I’ve found they’re just a little too small. So perhaps I need to buy a pair of size 11’s of The Metro model.
RSS and other stuff
I educated myself a bit about RSS and Atom this weekend. I’d heard of them before, but had never really used them until now. I read up on some standalone Windows apps that are for RSS news reading (called “aggregators”) but I also found that Yahoo! has a beta release of RSS support, and so… Continue reading RSS and other stuff

My New RC Airplane: Aerobird Challenger
HobbyZoneSports – Product Information – I bought one of these on Friday, and assembled it this afternoon. That didn’t take long. It actually took longer to read the manual and watch the video than it did to “assemble” the thing. Then, Beth helped me go test fly it. I flew it 3 or 4 times,… Continue reading My New RC Airplane: Aerobird Challenger
BLACKSPOT SNEAKER
BLACKSPOT SNEAKER – I’m really not sure what to think of this. It’s an organic, vegan sneaker that’s made in Portugal, made by a company associated with Adbusters.
Boulder’s Upstart Crow Theatre Company
Boulder’s Upstart Crow Theatre Company – I helped out with a tech rehearsal last night for “The Trojan Women” which is the play I’m going to run lights for. Running lights is going to be very simple, but the play is going to be good. These volunteer/amateur actors are pretty hardcore.
